Delivery Information
Pick Up
• Pick up is available from our Sydney Shop front. This is located at Shop 1, 818 Canterbury Road, Roselands NSW 2196
• Once an online order has been processed and packed by us, you will be contacted via phone call or email to notify that your order is available for collection.
Delivery
• Delivery costs will be $11.88 flat rate on all standard orders.
• Delivery will only be within Australia.
• Deliveries will be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers. Our preferred courier companies are namely Australia Post or Couriers Please.
• Delivery of each ordered product/s can take up to 10 business days from the date of received payment. Orders will be delivered to the address specified by you. Please note that we cannot ship packages to PO BOX addresses.
• When your product(s) are ready to be delivered, the delivery tracking details will be email to you by either us or the delivery service provider.
• If your order is delivered by a courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a card will be left at the premises. Please be sure to contact the courier service and arrange an alternative time and date for delivery.
• The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.
• Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• While all care is taken in the packaging of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. In addition, this does not constitute a return nor a refund. Missing or damaged goods while in transit, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Claims will only be recognised within 24hrs of the delivery.
• If the order is left unclaimed at the Post office or the Courier service, the products will be returned to the Suncom Lighting warehouse. We will then contact you by phone or email and we reserve the rights to impose an additional delivery fee.
• Customers will be charged an additional fee to reroute an order once it has been released to the carrier. Customers will also be charged additional delivery fee to reship their order if an error is made to the shipping address at checkout.
