Delivery Information

Pick Up

  1. A) Pick up is available from our Sydney Shop front. This is located at Shop 1, 818 Canterbury Road, Roselands NSW 2196

 

  1. B) Once an online order has been processed and packed by us, you will be contacted you via phone call or email, to notify that your order is available for collection.

Delivery

  1. A) Delivery of each ordered product/s can take up to 10 business days from the date of received payment. Orders will be delivered to the address specified by you.

 

  1. B) The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.

 

  1. C) Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

  1. D) Deliveries will be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers. Our preferred courier companies are namely Australia Post. Flat rate $15.

 

  1. E) While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. In addition, this does not constitute a return nor a refund. Missing or damaged goods while in transit, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Claims will only be recognised within 24hrs of the delivery.

 

  1. F) If your order is delivered by a courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a card will be left at the premises. Please be sure to contact the courier service and arrange an alternative time and date for delivery.

 

  1. G) If the order was left unclaimed at the Post office or the Courier service, the products will come back to suncomlighitng warehouse. We will then contact you by phone or email and we reserve the rights to impose an additional delivery fee.

 

  1. H) Customers will be charged an additional fee to reroute an order once it has been released to the carrier. Customers will also be charged additional delivery fee to reship their order if an error is made to the shipping address at checkout.

 

  1. I) Please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@suncomlighting.com.au if you plan to change your delivery address after payment.

 

  1. J) At present we deliver only to addresses in Australia.

 

  1. Delivery will only be within Australia.

 

  1. Delivery costs will be calculated during order checkout and added to price of product/s.

 

3.SunCom Lighting will deliver the product/s to the location specified in the order.
